How can I book a hotel?

You can make your reservation through the on-line reservation system that you will find on trip.gr under the "Hotels" section. You enter the destination you are interested in (city, region, country, landmark, hotel, district), and if you want to, you select the check-in and check-out dates you are interested in. You click on the "Search" button and you are redirected to Booking.com where you can see the results of your request and proceed to your reservation.


How can I book a ferry ticket?

You can make your reservation through the on-line reservation system, but you need a credit card to complete the reservation. If you want to pay with another way please contact us. Also note that most of the domestic routes for the Greek islands in the on-line system, are shown at least 1-2 months in advance.

Supposing I have made a booking request using trip.gr, how am I going to I receive my tickets?

We can send you your tickets with a registered letter using the address you have given us, with postage costs € 10.00 for each ticket consignment. Otherwise you can pick up your tickets on the day of departure (PTA tickets) from the port office of the corresponding shipping company. You must know that in any case you should check your tickets at the port office on the day of departure. If you do not receive your tickets within a reasonable time period please contact us immediately.

Booking Cancellation - I have booked and paid a ferry ticket with you. In case of cancellation am I going to lose my money?

No, you are not going to lose your money if you cancel your reservation in time. Each shipping company has established its own "General Terms and Information" that refer to the corresponding occasion. Booking Cancellations after departure date are not accepted. In any case inform us in time. For any amount of money returned, you are charged with an extra 5% cancellation fee as well as bank charges for returning the amount. In addition, you can alternatively convert your tickets to OPEN (€ 10.00 charge fee ) with the right to use them until 31 December of the same year.

What guarantee do I have that the ferries will follow their predetermined routes?

All shipping companies follow the routes they have announced. Our booking system is not liable for any delay resulting from third-parties, port authorities, strikes or extreme weather conditions. Shipping companies can change their timetables and travel conditions without prior notice.

I am trying to book seats for my reservation through the on-line booking system, but it doesn't let me choose the desired route or ship. What could I do?

The most likely explanation is that either the desired departure date is very close to the current date and the reservation system does not allow the reservation, or the desired route/ship is already full and the reservation cannot be made. Contact us to help you with your booking request.

If you have completed the interest form including all necessary information, you will receive an offer within 24 hours.

Holiday Packages

I have sent the interest form. How much time will I have to wait for an answer?

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from us, confirming the submission of your demand and presenting you an offer according to the information submitted. This offer will expire after a specified period within which you should send us a confirmation or a cancellation email. Hotel Reservations included in the proposed offer will take 2-3 working days in order to be confirmed.


What payment methods are available?

When you make a reservation through our online system you can pay by credit card (VISA, MASTER,DINERS) or by bank transfer within your respective time limits. (bank charges are not included in the reservation price).

In order to unsubscribe from the trip.gr newsletter, you can follow the unsubscription link located in the email that you received when you made your subscription. If you no longer have it you can send us an email at unsubscribe@trip.gr.
